The City Heralds issue Guild Writs - and you do not have to do them! In the Lonewolf Guild, there are also Guild Tasks - and you don't have to do these, either :D If you want to help the Guild: here are some suggestions for 'tasks' that you can undertake to further the Guild's objectives. - Cleaning the Guild Bank.
- Do a 'merchant run' to clean the GSP Loot Repository.
- Find a bank slot that isn't full - and work to fill it up!
- Find a slot that's full of an item that your Lonewolf character can use (either now or in the near future) and remove all but one of the items from the slot, and place them in your own inventory. Of course you don't have to restrict yourself to a single slot: in accordance with the Guild Bank Policy you may take out as much as your character can make use of (as long as you leave one behind).
- Recruitment Tasks:
- Seek out and help an unguilded player. If you think the player would be amenable to the idea, talk to him or her about joining Lonewolf.
- More difficult variant of the above: Seek out and help a new player.
- Participate on the Guild's Public Forum so others can see what a nice bunch we are, really :)
- Talk to your real life friends about EverQuestII. Perhaps they can be encouraged to play?
- Guild Cooperation Tasks:
- Talk to a friend from another Guild about the Small Guilds Alliance.
- Seek out a player who is doing an Access or Heritage Quest, or a Writ, and offer to lend a hand.
- Consider going on a raid.
- Teambuilding Tasks:
- If there's a Guild Member on-line that you don't know very well - say hello, and offer your assistance.
- Use "/whochannel sga" to see if anyone is on-line on the sga channel, and have a chat.
- Organise one of the Guild Quests, as a 'Guild outing' (i.e. NOT solo!)
- Mentoring Tasks:
- If you've never tried mentoring before - go on, give it a go. You know you want to, really :)
- Get six Guild Members together, and all mentor the little guy :D
